Cardio at 5:30 this morning, two apples and a banana, and a low fat blue-berry muffin from work, which has waaaay too many calories and virtually no fiber (1 g wtf), or vitamins. Their sandwiches are really bad too, so I guess I'll be eating from the mall subway. Which I did for lunch, a veggie delite (no veggie patties outside of cali ;_;) with honey mustard. I finished off the day shamefully with a grilled stuft burrito from Taco Bell, and then slept the rest of the day. 18 grams of fiber all told.
