Today was good, half a can of pineapple this morning, a peppermint trio in the afternoon, and the rest of the pineapple for a snack after work plus the juice from the can and some orange juice with benefiber, and an apple. For dinner, onions and garlic sauteed in olive oil in a slice of whole wheat bread plus 14 oven baked french fries and a glass of apple cider plus benefiber. All in all, 16 g of fiber today, which totally isn't enough. I'll probably end up drinking some water and benefiber before I go to bed to make it up.
