Cardio at 5:30 this morning, two apples and a banana, and a low fat blue-berry muffin from work, which has waaaay too many calories and virtually no fiber (1 g wtf), or vitamins. Their sandwiches are really bad too, so I guess I'll be eating from the mall subway. Which I did for lunch, a veggie delite (no veggie patties outside of cali ;_;) with honey mustard. I finished off the day shamefully with a grilled stuft burrito from Taco Bell, and then slept the rest of the day. 18 grams of fiber all told.

Not bad today, I did cardio for 20 minutes today (would have done more, but I had an appt. to get to.) Glass of orange juice and bowl of cheerios with vanilla soy milk with benefiber, and a small cappucino with a shot of chocolate (no whip!) after the appt. For lunch/dinner a quizno's regular turkey guacamole sub on wheat with honey mustard. Unfortunately they are apparently notorious among dieters and the food concious for not releasing their nutrition data on their webpage. I found the info for their Austrailian branch but they didn't list the fiber content. I won't be going there anymore, consequently.
In other news, I feel really bashful about this, but I had misread the serving size on my benefiber, appparently the serving is 2 TEASPOONS not 2 TABLESPOONS. I'm loath to go back and re-calculate, but on the other hand, I have been feeling pretty good, so I thinik from now I'll just start reading labels even more carefully.

I didn't do much of anything today since it was my day off. I had two glasses of orange juice and one of apple cider with benefiber and a ton of salad (iceberg lettuce, cucumber and tomato) with a little ranch dresssing. 16.25 grams of fiber today.

I can decide if today was was a disaster or not. I managed to loose 200 calories by excercise 27 minutes on the gazelle. I started off with a bowl of cheerios and a glass of apple cider with benefiber and an actual apple, then had panera bread's (shitty shitty service. They left the cheese on my salad and made my green tea on ice for lunch/dinner. I had to bitch at them, but they were a little slow, if not apologetic in fixing it. They were busy, but I work retail and know how to do things right, even when you're busy.) french onion soup and fandago, which was delicious. I also had a peppermint tea and a vanilla caramel, which made me feel super shitty and I totally regret it. Then I came home after work (1 to 10:30 ugh) and had like, a third of a loaf of rye bread and lipton's french onion dip, was such a fucking mistake and I really regret it. On the plus side, all that bread bumped my fiber intake today to 18 grams, which is better than yesterday, even if it is for the wrong reasons.

Today was good, half a can of pineapple this morning, a peppermint trio in the afternoon, and the rest of the pineapple for a snack after work plus the juice from the can and some orange juice with benefiber, and an apple. For dinner, onions and garlic sauteed in olive oil in a slice of whole wheat bread plus 14 oven baked french fries and a glass of apple cider plus benefiber. All in all, 16 g of fiber today, which totally isn't enough. I'll probably end up drinking some water and benefiber before I go to bed to make it up. I found http://nutritiondata.com/, which is totally going to help with everything.
